An adult man leads a conversation about his support needs with a family member and a support professional at home.

Resources

If your family is looking for support for an adult with a developmental disability, ICMC is worth asking about.

Florida’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Comprehensive Managed Care program brings Medicaid medical care and home and community-based supports together through Florida Community Care. It’s a voluntary option, and whether it fits depends on the person’s eligibility, needs and current coverage.

Start with what you need help with. Getting ready in the morning? More support at home? Taking part in activities outside the house? Bring those details to the conversation, along with the names of providers you want to keep.

To ask about eligibility and enrollment, call 1-877-711-3662.
