Events

An outing can sound great until the lights, music and crowd arrive with it. For families who need a different setting, Crayola Experience Orlando has a Sensory Sunday coming up on October 4.

The attraction lists lower lighting, music and sounds turned off, and a quiet room during the two-hour event. It’s designed for children and families with sensory needs.

That last detail is worth knowing. A character visit may be the highlight for one child and a good time for a quiet-room break for another.

Review the event listing and current ticket options before buying. For specific access questions, the venue lists ceguest@crayolaexperience.com.

Plan around the sensory hours, which end at noon. Choose the activities your child wants to try and leave room to change the plan. Getting through every attraction doesn’t need to be the goal.
